SEPTEMBER
The restaurant in Hundfjället is closed during autumn for foraging & preserving.
We open again in December, the tables are released November 1st at 12pm CET.
EVENTS IN SEPTEMBER:
Saturday 7th
We are serving lunch at Hansjö Dairy Farm´s Harvest Food Market during the event ”Mat runt Siljan” from 11 to 15 pm. The food market is located at the farm of Hansjö Dairy.

Monday 16th
We are doing a pop-up at restaurang KOKA in Gothenburg.
The dinner is currently fully booked but it is possible to sign up on the waiting list on their website.
This evening we have also created a tartar
that will be served in their wine bar ”Björns Bar” all night, only drop ins.
